| Question: | How do I use the Report Abuse and Report Issues option? |
| Answer: | All video player pages have "Report Abuse" and “Report Issues” buttons featured below the video. If and when you feel a video should be flagged, you may select the Report Abuse button. If you are experiencing a problem with the video, you may select Report Issues. Do not use the “Report Issues” button to leave comments, tell us the video is fixed, or ask for refunds; It triggers a processing function and is sent to a tech team specifically for analysis and possible corrections. Once selected, an entry form will appear. Be sure to fill out the form as detailed as possible and once completed, select the "Submit Report" button. All tickets get emailed for review and upon approval, the proper action commences. |
